Zoning Classifications

The Bradford County Land Development Regulations (LDR) and the Bradford County Comprehensive Plan govern the county's zoning. Below is a list of zoning codes available for use within Bradford County. (Not all zoning codes are currently in use within the county however they are listed here because they may come into use in the future.)
